Wrong Size or Change of Heart? We've Got You!

If you've received your scrubs and they're not the right fit or you've had a change of heart, don't sweat it. We've got two awesome options for you:

🌟 Exchange for a Different Set: Swap those scrubs for a different style or size that suits your vibe. We've got plenty of options to keep you looking and feeling fab! If we are out of stock of your size, don't panic! We'll give you a credit note to use when we restock.

🌟 Receive a Credit Note: Not sure what you want right now? No problem! We'll hook you up with a credit note so you can choose when you're ready for your next scrub adventure.

Eligibility Checklist

To keep things running smoothly, please make sure:

🌟 Your scrubs are in their original condition and packaging.

🌟 They are unworn and unwashed.

🌟 You request the return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Full Refund Policy

🌟 We offer full refunds for those scrub lovers who cannot find the right fit with our current size range (don't worry - we are adding additional sizes VERY soon!)

🌟 We also offer full refunds for products that have been received faulty or damaged - we thoroughly check each order prior to shipping though!

🌟 We do not accept full refunds for change of heart.

🌟 Refunds are subject to availability of sizes at the time of refund. If your size sells out prior to the exchange - we will issue a credit note.

🌟 Pack 'Em Up: Securely package your scrubs in their original packaging with all the tags.

🌟 Send 'Em Back: Ship the package to the address we provide in your confirmation email.

🌟 Keep an Eye on Your Inbox: Once your return reaches us, we'll work our magic and send you an email confirmation.
