• Full Refund: For faulty scrub sets only.
• Exchange: Available for incorrect sizes or changes in pattern/design.
• Credit Note: Issued for incorrect sizes, unfavourable fits, out-of-stock items, or change of heart.
• Limited Edition Collections (e.g., FESTIVE): Credit note only. Due to high demand, we no longer offer exchanges or full refunds for these limited edition items.
• No Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on SALE items or unfavourable fits.

How to Make It Happen

1. Email Us: Start by emailing us at hello@solsocietyscrubs.com.au to request a return or exchange.
2. Fill Out the Returns Form: We’ll provide a form for you to complete and include in your package.
3. Pack Your Scrubs: Securely package your scrubs in their original condition with all tags and the completed returns form.
4. Send Them Back: Ship your package to the address provided in your confirmation email. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Clearance Check: Once received, your scrubs will undergo a clearance check. If they pass, we will proceed with your exchange or issue a credit note.
6. Exchange Availability: All exchanges are subject to size availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note.
